Face Recognition Based Automatic Door Access System Using Arduino Camera Sensor

Abstract

A security system is very necessary to maintain access in and out of rooms that have a very high level of privacy, especially rooms that store important files. The aim of this research is to create an automatic access system based on facial recognition using Arduino. The research was carried out at the West Sulawesi Province Youth and Sports Service. This tool is designed using the C programming language and the Python programming language. This tool is used to simulate an automatic access system based on facial recognition, which can increase security by identifying facial data first to enter a room. The research results show that the simulation or tool created can be an initial basis for future researchers to create a series of actual tools.
